Almost two dozen individuals were killed Tuesday and hundreds were harmed when a 6.4-extent seismic tremor struck the Albanian city of Durres, with stuns resonating miles away in the capital of Tirana.
The United States Geological Survey said the quake happened at a profundity of 12 miles with its focal point near the port city of Durres.
